Oddthentic Reflections

If I could have something named after me, what would it be?

If I could have something named after me, I’d want it to be a philosophy like oddthentics. Not because I want the fame or recognition, but because it would mean I contributed something meaningful to how we understand ourselves and each other.

Having a philosophy named after you means you’ve offered a perspective that helps people navigate their lives differently – seeing patterns where they once saw problems, finding strength in what they previously thought were flaws, and embracing their contradictions instead of fighting against them.

Unlike physical monuments that eventually crumble or awards that gather dust, a philosophy lives in how people think and relate to themselves and others. It evolves as people apply it to their unique circumstances, creating something that continues to grow beyond its original conception.

What’s meaningful isn’t having my name attached, but knowing that something I discovered through my own struggles could help others find their way through theirs – transforming personal pain into collective wisdom. What about you? Is there something specific you’d want named after you?

* I’ve decided to engage in the prompts that greet me when I open my blog dashboard.  But as a way to honor the oddthentic nature of my blog, Im not going to edit these. There will be one draft. They will be the raw, unscripted reflections of my mind. I hope you enjoy.*
